TICKET TERMS AND CONDITION
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, if the event is cancelled a refund will be issued excluding the handling fees from the ticket seller if applicable. If an event is rescheduled, you may retain your ticket for the future date or we can issue a refund (excluding handling fees) at your request.
No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace tickets that have been lost or stolen after they have been delivered to you, and nor will such tickets be refunded.
Everyone who attends an event will require a ticket even babes in arms / carers. On some events discount tickets will be available for adults and babies under the age of one.
Please refer to individual events for ticket prices and concessions. Please refer to each individual event for age restrictions, some events are 18+ only.
We reserve the right to fully refuse entry and refund the ticket price without explanation.
On rare occasions the management reserve the right to promote tickets at discounted prices without notice. Tickets bought before promotions cannot be exchanged for discount tickets.
If you are a wheelchair user, please contact us in advance and we will allocate a suitable area.
Although this is a seated venue, seating is not guaranteed and you may have to share tables with others. If you are attending as a group of 10 or more reserved seating may be available at the discretion of the management. We are unable to group individual purchases to reserve seating. Please contact the venue directly.
Entry is at the discretion of the management. Anti-social behaviour or verbal aggression towards the staff will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave, in this case refunds will not be issued.
You are not permitted to drink your own soft or alcoholic drinks on the premises. If you or your party bring drinks on to the premises you will be asked to leave. In this case you will not be entitled to a refund on your ticket.
You are permitted to bring food and snacks on to the premises, however we do not provide cutlery or napkins. Please remove all your waste when you leave. You cannot order takeaways to the club.
The club does sell snacks, crisps, toasties, bar snacks, and we can offer buffets with a few days notice.
We would respectfully ask that you order food refreshments from the club. The income helps us lower the cost of entertainment at the club.
We reserve the right to refuse to serve customers, if we believe they are under the influence of drugs or alcohol or are verbally/physically agressive. Any customers refused entry because they are under the influence will not be refunded.
